I design complex workflows for the people who keep businesses running.

For 13 years I've designed B2B products where a confusing screen costs someone real time with a customer. Most recently at Zenoti, I led design for an enterprise booking flow, a mobile app used by 10,000+ service providers and a shared standard for designing AI. I do my best work close to customers: listening on calls, testing early and staying with products after launch.
